Sri Lanka witnesses a significant wave of of protests demanding social justice, political accountability, and economic reforms. Among the prominent voices joining the people’s struggle are the students of Sri Lanka’s universities, united uunder the banners of the Inter University Student’s Federation (IUSF). With their unwavering , determination and commitment to change, the IUSF plays a crucial role in galvanising public sentiment, amplifying the demands of the people, and advocating for a better future.

The Inter University Student’s Federation is an umbrella organisation comprising various student unions from universities across Sri Lanka. Founded 1978, the IUSF has a long history of activism and has a long history of activism and has often been at the forefront of youth movements advocating for social, political, and educational reforms.
